Hello-hello!
I’M SO EXCITED FOR CHRISTMAS!!! It’s my absolute favourite time of year, so as the Christmas season draws ever closer, I thought now would be a great time to get a big jump on my Christmas crochet. (Like I didn’t start in August… :D)
Here are some of the creations I’ve finished so far. They all work up super-quickly and I think anyone would be thrilled to receive them, these however are all for me!
Mini Christmas wreaths:
So this one I got the inspiration for from the Woolly Mama on Instagram, I saw her adorable little wreaths and NEEDED to make some of my own. I’m a HUGE fan of quick little projects like this as I get bored so quickly, so this ticked all of my boxes.

Because I couldn’t find the original post, I just winged it. Looking at the image it looked quite simple so I just went ahead and made up the teeny pattern as I went along. I made some notes below in case any of you wanted to make some. Abbreviations
ch – chain
dc – double crochet
RS – right side Pattern
Using green yarn ch23
Start in 2nd ch from hook
22dc (22)
Join both ends together to form a circle
Using red yarn thread a small piece from the front of the wreath into the back and out of the front again so you have two ends coming out of the RS allowing you to tie a pretty red bow.
Note: I usually tie the bow over the seam of the circle to disguise your seam. And you’re done!
Mistletoe:
I got this pattern from Happy Berry here, (please note: you do have to have an account to get the pattern) because rather than buy some mistletoe that, yeah, looks pretty but dies, I have a beautiful little woolly sprig that I can put away and take out each year. It worked up in literally fifteen minutes, you can make the one sprig or join them into a garland – just look how cute!

Christmas pudding Ferrero Rocher cosy:
Like most of the population, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Ferrero Rocher at Christmas. And so I’ve been looking everywhere for a nice simple pattern for one of the Christmas pudding Ferrero Rocher cosies. And lo, Ravelry answered my Christmas pudding prayers!

You can find the pattern here on Scribd or here on Ravelry. The original pattern is by Louise Howe. Like the other patterns, this one worked really quickly – about half an hour – so you can have cosies coming out the wazoo to keep your fancy choccies nice and snug this Christmas!
Snowman treat bag:
Now, this pattern seems to be aimed towards kids but I know I’ll be having one of these for my Christmas treats this year!
You’ll find this one on repeatcrafterme craft blog here, I came across it while browsing the trove of beautiful patterns that is Pinterest and JUST. LOOK!!!
He’s so sassy and adorable and you can make his hat any colour you like, even add some eyelashes and have a snowwoman! I just LOVED this one so much.
The only note I have is that on row 19, after doing the FPsc/BPsc row, it doesn’t say to work in the back loops only for the next row so you get that lovely line detail across the rim of your bobble hat. I had to frog my next couple of rows because I noticed I didn’t have the parting line. Apart from that, which is only minor anyway, I LOVE how this little guy came out and I’ll be making lots more as pressies this year.
Well, that’s all for now! I’ll be doing a blogger spotlight post on one of my top favourite bloggers next week so keep an eye out for that!
