Refunds and Returns
We are absolutely dedicated to making sure our customers are over the moon with their purchases, so please do not hesitate to get in touch if this is not the case.
We do accept returns and refunds will be issued if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns on custom orders
Shipping Policy
Purchases will be sent to your address within 3-5 business days. All items are posted Royal Mail Signed For. For international orders outside of the UK this may take longer.
Should you require an additional personalised note or have any gift wrapping requests please message me before you purchase to finalise this.
